Please Note

  • The front desk is open between 07:00 and 24:00. If you are planning to arrive after 24:00, please notify us in advance.
  • Check-ins are available after 15:00 each day. Check-out must be completed before 11:00.
  • We provide shampoo, body wash, and towels, but we do not provide disposable items. We charge a cleaning fee of NTD $50 for towel changes. You can bring your own washing gear, or you can purchase some at the front desk.
  • To ensure the safety and privacy of our guest, visitors will only be allowed in the communal area located in the lobby.
  • To maintain the safest and most comfortable living environment, smoking, drinking, drugs, gambling, and pets are prohibited.
  • Please return your room card when you check out. If you’ve misplaced the card, we charge NTD $300 for a replacement.

Rule of Cancel Reservation

  • Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows: We will refund 100% of your deposit for cancellations 14 days or longer before your stay. We will refund 70% of your deposit for cancellations between 10 and 13 days before your stay. We will refund 50% of your deposit for cancellations between 7 and 9 days before your stay. We will refund 40% of your deposit for cancellations between 4 and 6 days before your stay. We will refund 30% of your deposit for cancellations between 2 and 3 days before your stay. We will refund 20% of your deposit for cancellations 1 day before your stay. We will not make refunds for cancellations on the day of your stay.
  • Cancellations due to uncontrollable circumstances such as earthquakes, typhoons, and other natural disasters announced by the local city government, your deposit can be retained for six months.
